School of Media Extra-curricular Short Films

Behind the Scenes by Iago Almeida

Utilizing our acting students, sound students, and video design students, two weekends per semester the School of Media produces a short film for our students to get more practical experience in their field. These films are then sent out to film festivals and each student receives an IMDb credit.

The Media Exchange is a Production Studio located at 230 Richmond East that provides mentorship and work integrated learning opportunities for students of the School of Media and Performing Arts. The vision behind the studio is to leverage the talents and ideas of the students and mentors in a collaborative, professional environment to develop and execute projects both internally with other College departments as well as externally with our industry partners.
